Counselling

I provide counselling services from my office in Bellerive, Tasmania.

I am a passionate advocate and support for women, particularly those experiencing the overwhelm (and sometimes underwhelm) of life.

I have worked with the Tasmanian community for over 20 years in areas such as EAP counselling, family violence, sexual assault support, rehabilitation counselling and pregnancy and infant loss.

I work collaboratively with my clients in a person-centred approach and particularly enjoy working with women in the areas of:

• relationship struggles
• overwhelm – particularly with mothers
• communication differences
• low self-esteem
• family difficulties
• burnout
• grief and loss
• trauma
• self confidence

Please note, my services do not attract a Medicare rebate.
